No. Checkout is a one-time payment for a Day, Quarter or Year pass. The pass expires at the end of that window and does not auto-renew.
No. You can buy a pass without an account, and it works in the browser you bought it in. On the payment success page you can also create a HistorySim3D account (email and password) or attach the pass to an existing one, so you can sign in and use your pass on another device. An account is signed in on one device at a time.
